Welcome to Solyntra Academy. By accessing or using this website, platform, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Solyntra Academy provides free educational courses, assessments, and blockchain-issued certificates in the form of NFTs. Because of the technical and security-sensitive nature of the platform, users are expected to carefully review and comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have legal parental or guardian consent, to use Solyntra Academy. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately.

2. Educational Content and Platform Use

All courses, materials, videos, assessments, and documentation provided on Solyntra Academy are for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or suitable for a specific purpose.

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems, data, or examinations in an unauthorized manner.

3. Exams, Proctoring, and Anti-Cheating Measures

Solyntra Academy uses advanced proctoring mechanisms to preserve academic integrity. These include, but are not limited to:

• Screen recording
• Camera monitoring
• Audio monitoring
• AI-based behavioral analysis
• Device and browser integrity checks

By participating in any assessment, you explicitly consent to these monitoring mechanisms.

Any attempt to bypass, disable, manipulate, or deceive the proctoring systems is strictly prohibited. This includes using AI tools, external assistance, secondary devices, screen sharing software, virtual machines, or any other circumvention technique.

If cheating or suspicious behavior is detected, Solyntra Academy reserves the right to invalidate exam results, deny certification, suspend or permanently terminate the account, and revoke previously issued certificates.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

During exams and platform usage, certain data may be collected, including video, audio, screen recordings, behavioral signals, and system metadata. This data is used solely for security, integrity verification, fraud detection, and platform improvement.

All data handling is performed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Proctoring data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary and may be reviewed manually if automated systems flag anomalies.

By using the platform, you acknowledge and consent to this data collection and processing.

5. Certificates and NFT Issuance

Upon successful completion of eligible courses and assessments, Solyntra Academy may issue a digital certificate in the form of a non-fungible token (NFT) on the Hedera network.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• NFT certificates are immutable once issued
• Certificates cannot be altered, duplicated, or reissued except at Solyntra Academy’s discretion
• Loss of wallet access may result in permanent loss of access to the certificate
• Certificates represent proof of completion only and do not constitute a professional license or legal qualification

Solyntra Academy is not responsible for third-party wallet failures, network congestion, or blockchain-level issues beyond its control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Solyntra Academy, including text, videos, graphics, logos, software, and course structures, is the intellectual property of Solyntra Academy or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any platform content without explicit written permission.

NFT certificates grant ownership of the token itself, not ownership of the underlying educational content or brand assets.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use AI tools to complete exams or assessments
• Impersonate another individual
• Manipulate exam environments or recordings
• Resell or misrepresent certificates
• Attempt to compromise platform security
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without notice.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Solyntra Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if these terms are violated or if activity poses a risk to platform integrity.

Termination may occur without refund or compensation, even if certificates were previously issued.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Solyntra Academy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted service, exam outcomes, certification acceptance, or future platform availability.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solyntra Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, certificates, reputation, or opportunities arising from platform use.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to access the platform, which for free services is zero.

11. Changes to Terms

Solyntra Academy may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Solyntra Academy is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
