3. AI Proctoring and Monitoring

By participating in any assessment, you explicitly consent to this monitoring. If suspicious activity is detected, the data may be reviewed manually by authorized personnel for verification.

Proctoring data is accessed only by trained staff and only when required for integrity review or dispute resolution.

Personal data is stored securely using industry-standard safeguards. Proctoring data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill its purpose, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Once retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymized. Blockchain-issued certificates are immutable by design and cannot be altered or removed from the blockchain once issued.

5. Blockchain and NFT Certificates

Certificates issued by Solyntra Academy are represented as NFTs on the Hedera network. Public blockchain data may include transaction identifiers, timestamps, and wallet addresses.

You understand that blockchain data is publicly accessible and irreversible. Solyntra Academy does not control how third parties access or interpret public blockchain records.

Ownership of an NFT certificate does not grant Solyntra Academy access to your wallet or private keys.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
